Not only could you pretty much learn about Kanban from top-to-bottom, it is absolutely rammed with examples and practical advice that I am looking forward to trying out in the wild. I needn't have worried because this book approaches things from a different angle, and ties together a whole bunch of ideas into a coherent whole. Kanban from the Inside will help you understand why you should care about Kanban and how Kanban and its community care about you. Beginners can easily understand true, practical meaning and goals behind method’s principles and practices. A very worthwhile reading for those who wants to understand the values behind the method.
